Calabria Mia started with a simple idea: bringing to Tenerife the cooking of southern Italy the way Calabrian families still prepare it at home — with time, with real ingredients, with no shortcuts. Sourdough pizza, pasta worked every morning, fresh burrata, olive oil from the south. An honest table in Costa Adeje.

We cook with ingredients we pick ourselves: Italian flours, mozzarella of the day, cured ham, wines from small producers. No frozen, no shortcuts.
